The Rhine will accompany you on this journey through three countries – from Germany to France to Switzerland. There are all kinds of treasures to be discovered on the banks of the Rhine: in Koblenz you can take the cable car up to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, in Rüdesheim you can walk through the famous Drosselgasse and in Strasbourg through the picturesque district of La Petite France. In Colmar, you will be enchanted by the idyllic La Petite Venise and in Basel you will marvel at the cathedral made of red sandstone. In Speyer, you can explore the cathedral, the largest preserved Romanesque church in the world, and in between the Loreley will cast a spell over you, while you look out for the fairytale castles and palaces that have hidden in the Middle Rhine Valley.

Please note:
The beverage package must be booked by all persons in a cabin. Only the same beverage package can be booked per cabin (exception: children under 18 years of age). The beverage packages are not transferable to other persons. Drinks are served from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and are served exclusively in glasses. The beverage packages can only be booked for the entire duration of the cruise and only in advance. Drinks from the mini-bar are not included in the packages.
Travel documents
The customer is responsible for procuring and carrying the travel documents required by the authorities, any necessary vaccinations, visas and for complying with customs and foreign exchange regulations.

What is insured?
You cannot or not as scheduled commence your journey because of the following event.
- Death, severe accidental injury
- Unexpected severe illness, Intolerance to a vaccine, pregnancy
- Damage to your property as a result of fire, elementary, event or intent criminal of a third party
What will be replaced?
- In case of non-commencement of the journey, we replace you among other things the contractually owed travel cancellation costs
- In case of interruption of journey, we replace the provable incurrend additional return travel costs as well as proportionally unused travel services.
Deductible: For insurance premiums without a deductible, 100% reimbursement for all insured events. For insurance premiums with a partial deductible: For illness treated on an outpatient basis, the deductible is 20% of the reimbursable claim, but at least EUR 25 per insured person. No deductible i all other cases.

Parking with your car
In Düsseldorf, there are plenty of multi-storey car parks or parking spaces near the jetty available for your journey by private car – but these are subject to a fee. In Passau, car storage is offered by the Globus parking service. Our local partner will organize everything for you. When booking a car parking space, the transfer from the pitch to the ship on the day of arrival and from the ship to the pitch on the day of departure is already included.
